ZVAR18-0011 PUBLIC HEARING (John and Nancy Lammie) Request for a variance as permitted by Section 24-64, to decrease the required rear yard setback from 20 feet as required by Section III of the Selva Marina Garden PUD to 14.8 feet at the west 35 feet of Lot 20 and the east 21 feet of Lot 21 Selva Marina Garden (aka 310 20th Street).
